Kateryna Rudenko, fractional CMO

Your product works. Your marketing doesn't exist yet.

I'm

Kateryna Rudenko, a fractional CMO for B2B companies.

I build the marketing function you don't have:

strategy, channels, team and reporting.

And I stay long enough to make it run without me.

The wall every B2B company hits

The product is good. Revenue came from the founder's network, a few relationships, and a sales team that works hard. Then growth flattens, and everyone looks at marketing — except there's no marketing function to look at. There's a website nobody owns, some social posts, an agency invoice, and no way to tell what any of it produced.

You don't need more activity. You need someone senior to own the whole thing, decide what to stop, build what's missing, and put numbers against it.

That's the job I do.

What I do

Own the marketing function

Strategy, positioning, channels, budget, reporting. 1 person accountable instead of 5 people guessing.

Build from zero, or fix what's broken

I've done both several times, starting with no marketing department at all.

Hire and lead the team

I've built and run in-house marketing teams and managed agencies. I can hire yours, or run the one you have.

Make spend predictable

Knowing what a customer costs to acquire, and what budget produces what volume, is the difference between marketing and gambling.

What clients say

Kateryna consistently delivered results that exceeded our expectations, and her ideas significantly enhanced our market presence and attracted new clientele. Her contributions were invaluable.

What I don't do

I don't do junior execution work, and I don't do outbound prospecting.  If you need someone to post daily and cold-call a list, you need a different hire.  And I'll tell you that on the first call rather than take the retainer.

Who this is for

  • B2B companies with real revenue and real customers
  • 10–30 people
  • Growth has stalled, or the founder is still making every marketing decision
  • No senior marketer in the business, and a full-time CMO is over-budget or over-specified

13+ years of marketing experience

Defence technology, building materials, pharmaceuticals, energy and professional services. Adtech background at MGID. In-house leadership, agency-side, and fractional. I've built marketing functions from nothing several times and launched new commercial directions for companies that had never sold that way before.
